There are not enough good things to say about TRIAD Restoration Company. From the owner, Barry Smitherman to every single construction worker, Project Manager, Mike, Inside Contractor, Troy, Office Staff, and especially Bill, the gentleman in charge of estimates and working with insurance!! Had it not been for Mr. Bill this claim probably would still have not been paid. He was kind, patient, honest, helpful and kept me from losing my cool!! Any delays caused in this job were caused by the insurance adjusters. Bill was at the forefront using his expertise to get the job done. I highly commend Mr. Bill for working so diligently with me every week!! Mr. Barry, you are a blessed man to have Mr. Bill working with you. I must mention some of the other folks that worked on my house because I believe a hard worker deserves to hear “Good Job”. Mike the project manager kept the crews on point, and Troy, the Inside Contractor who went above and beyond what he was required to do to make sure I was pleased. These are exceptional people to work with. I might add, this is also the second roof they have put on my house and I have never been disappointed with any of their work! I have recommended TRIAD to two of my friends and they both were very pleased. Thank you all for a job well done!

We had Triad Restoration Inc handle a multiple bathroom construction projects and they did an amazing job! Everything was done on time, with great attention to detail and quality. Triad is a good, trustworthy company to do business with. Henderson, the project manager was great to keep me up to date on the repairs that were being made to my rental property. He was honest and patient with all my questions and concerns. The repair work is of good craftsmanship and looks great. Thank you Triad Restoration for helping me deal with the unfortunate damage to my property.

I cant say enough about Triad. Dependable, honest and fast. My carpet was soaked from a leak in my AC and Barry found out what happened and helped to fix it so quick. He educated me so I understood what they were doing and worked hard and left everything as good as new. Thank you for your hard work definitely will use your services again!

We were not impressed with Triad. Both our master and guest bathrooms had a leak in the shower and had to be tore out. We were out of our house for months. The project moved very slowly and then we started noticing corners were being cut. They bought the wrong flooring, installed it, then didn’t offer to make it right. Now that the renovation has been complete for several months, we are still finding things that were done poorly, including messy dry wall, paint that needed a second coat, flooring that is already coming up. The shower head in the guest bath leaks. We even had to get someone to re-grout the shower. Overall, we were very disappointed as new home owners with the whole situation.

Literally a God send! I’m very skeptical when people come to work on my home but I can confidently affirm that Barry at Triad is reliable. They worked hard and quick to get to the root of my problem and made sure everything was left in good condition. My insurance agent recommended them and I can see why. Very thankful.

Fraud…charges for services not rendered!!! Poor quality work! Ken is scattered and Barry is a crook!!!! Over a year rebuilding and everything is messed up! Would not recommend to anyone who has a tragedies such as a house fire! Check your bill if you have used them! You will be double and triple charged for work not even done! Wrong wrong wrong! I have several pictures! Not even worth one star.
