They need to look after their staff behaviour at this place!!! Went to take a Costa coffee (latte) it was coming hot water and I asked the guy at the till to come and have a look because the coffee machines not working. He start telling me that they don’t give free coffee and that the latte it’s made with hot water in the mean time with a bad attitude and rude behaviour!! 😅.. ridiculous! You can’t talk like that to a customer, nobody mention free coffee and it doesn’t even make any sense!!! I only told him there’s something wrong with the machine. I’ve got plenty experience of coffee etc and I think they should train their staff basics fro the products they sell. Unprofessional/Rude! staff

Visited today and received the wrong price for my prawn sandwich meal deal. Vassand was very nasty towards me as he charged me 10p for a bag. This shop needs improving!

I went in and I brought scratch cards and a drink which came up to 14.79 and I gave a guy 20pound note and gave me 21p back but I know that's wrong change and so I went back in and told him that I gave you 20pounds and he thought I gave him 15pounds which I never did
