Wow. What a service. T2 bus started pouring oil out when running. Josh came and collected the next day, diagnosed the fault the day after, working really hard so the engine didn't have to come out. Ordered the bits needed and I had my bus back next day. Exceptional work, business practice and service. Would recommend to anybody who has a VW, just call Shaun. My bus won't be going anywhere else in future.

Shaun the Dub Doctor is a genuine, friendly and incredibly knowledgable VW specialist... after taking my MK1 Golf away for its MOT a few months ago and getting a reasonable bill at the end of some specialist work, I decided I will be taking my other cars there in the future. He's just got my 'modern' BMW through its MOT and I would 100% recommend him for anyone looking for a friendly mechanic in the future!

Have to give a shout out to the amazing Dub Doctor in East Coker near Yeovil. T25 drive belt went on Monday evening and he not only sourced a new one but after we were recovered to his place with the RAC by about 9pm, he came out and attached it in the dark. The man’s a saint. Even the RAC man bought a part from him for his T4. It’s experiences like this that make the (occasional) pain of owning a T25 a life-affirming pleasure.

These guys are amazing. We were locked out of our car and they came up immediately and sorted it and never even charged. Friendly local garage. How rare is that nowadays?
